David Verani
Mr. Verani is responsible for all project sales, including budgeting; hiring and maintaining the sales team; training and retaining quality sales professionals; insuring that sales puts 100% of their focus on enhancing product knowledge, gaining appointments, tours and sales, and following up on customer service issues.
Mr. Verani was Owner & Principal in his New Hampshire based real estate development company from 2004 thru 2008.
Mr. Verani was Director of Sales for Bluegreen Communities® from 1995 until 2004. In this capacity he oversaw sales and marketing implementation in all sales offices as the Company grew from 6 to 15 operating communities.
Prior to 1995 Mr. Verani worked as Vice President with the Resolution Trust Corporation. His major accomplishments included liquating commercial real estate from 27 failed New England banks, totaling $70 million in value.
