David Verani

Mr. Verani oversees the Sales and Marketing for all the projects including; budgeting, hiring, training and maintaining a quality sales team of professionals; ensuring that leads are converted into appointments tours and sales; also ensuring marketing tactics generate demand through planning, organizing, staffing and managing the right mix of product features, positioning and price to achieve desire lead production.

Prior to rejoining Bluegreen Communities®  Mr. Verani was Owner & Principal in his New Hampshire-based real estate development company from 2006 through 2008.

Mr. Verani's previous related sales and marketing roles with Bluegreen Communities® from 1995 until 2004 include Division President overseeing several eastern communities and S.VP.  where he oversaw sales and marketing implementation in all sales offices as the Company grew from 6 to 15 operating communities.

Prior to 1995 Mr. Verani worked as Vice President in a commercial real estate division with the FDIC. His major accomplishments included liquidating commercial RE portfolio from 27 failed New England banks, totaling $70 million in value.
