Patrick Rondeau, Esquire

Mr. Rondeau oversees permitting and zoning issues; draws up/reviews all community Covenants and Restrictions and Design Guidelines; and interfaces with the client and PREAS team on all legal matters impacting the business.

Mr. Rondeau was General Council for Bluegreen Corporation from June 1990 thru October 2001.

From 2001-2003 he was Owner & Principal of a Virginia based real estate firm.

Mr. Rondeau served in private practice in Massachusetts with Freedman, DeRosa & Rondeau in North Adams, MA from January 2003 until joining PREAS in 2007.

Mr. Rondeau earned his BA form Lebanon Valley College (1969) and his JD from Suffolk University Law School (1972).
