Stephen Davis

Mr. Davis’ oversees all project engineering, construction and permit maintenance. He interfaces directly with project contractors; maintains a tight reign on construction budgets; and sees that all local, State and Federal building and development codes and permits are strictly adhered to.

Prior to joining Bluegreen Communities®, Mr. Davis served as President and CEO of MasterPlan Development, a company that acquired, entitled and developed master planned communities throughout Texas.

Mr. Davis earned his BBA from Baylor University in 1989, his MBA in 1992. He also played on the NCAA football team at Baylor.
