Membership Rates/Fees Schedules
Membership Types and Initiation Fees

• $8,500 Regular Membership - available to individuals or families. Members will be fully vested and be entitled to all the benefits of the Membership Offering including the transferability of the Membership.
• $1,500 Non Resident Membership - available to individuals or families whose primary residence is outside of a 50-mile radius of Carolina National Golf Club. Non Resident Membership must be converted to a Regular Membership once the member relocates to within a 50-mile radius. The initiation fee paid will be credited to the cost of a Regular Membership. Non Resident Memberships are not fully vested and cannot be transferred.

Annual Due Rates

• Individual -- $2,592
  Available to any member regardless of marital status. One individual must be designated as member. Other family members will not have access to member benefits including golf rates, discounts, member charge privileges, etc.
• Family -- $2,916
  Available to a member and his/her immediate family. Immediate family consists of a spouse or constant companion and any unmarried children under the age of 23 who are living at home or attending school on a full time basis.
• Non Resident -- $1,716
  Available to a member and his/her immediate family provided the member?s primary residence is located outside of a 50-mile radius of Carolina National Golf Club. Full benefits of membership apply, except that reciprocal play privileges at other Bluegreen Golf Communities® will be restricted to once a month.

Amenity Plans
Not Available for Non Resident Memberships

• Individual Cart Plan -- $1,800
  This charge is per golfer, allowing unlimited cart usage for the year. Please note: Members are not required to activate the cart plan - they may "pay as they play" if they prefer at the established member cart rate. All individual cart plan payments are non-refundable.
• Family Cart Plan -- $3,051
  This charge is for more than one golfer, allowing unlimited cart usage for the year. All golf cart operators must be of legal North Carolina driving age, with a valid drivers license and vehicle insurance. All family cart plan payments are non-refundable.
• Individual Range Ball Plan -- $375.00
  This charge is for one member allowing unlimited use of the driving range and range balls. This is an optional plan. Range balls may be purchased at the established per bag price, per visit, if preferred.
• Family Range Ball Plan -- $561.00
  This charge is for the member and spouse/dependants allowing unlimited use of the driving range and range balls. This is an optional plan. Range balls may be purchased at the established per bag price, per visit, if preferred.
• Locker Storage -- $60.00
  This is an annual plan. The fee for this service is non-refundable. This charge is for personal items in a permanent, secure locker within the clubhouse.
• Bag Storage -- $96.00
  This is an annual plan. The fee for this service is non-refundable. This charge is for storing clubs in a permanent, secure area within the clubhouse.

Golf Course Fees Schedule

• Member Cart Fee: $20.00 (18-holes) or $11.00 (9-holes)
• Member Guest Fee: $35.00-$50.00 (Based on season, includes green fee & cart)
• Rental Clubs: Standard- $30.00 Premium- $75.00 (deposit/credit card required)
• Range Balls (per bag): $6.00
• Yardage Book: $3.00
• Replay Rate (includes cart; walk-in, local, package): $30.00 (18-holes)
