Gunter Expansion Led By Bluegreen Communities

The City of Gunter, Texas is experiencing tremendous growth in part because of homesite sales and new home construction at The Bridges at Preston Crossings. This master-planned community developed by Bluegreen Communities is expected to add another 2,000 homes to the current 500 homes in Gunter, Texas. One reason for this real estate boom is the continued northern expansion of Highway 289 into Gunter that extends north to F.M. 121, exactly where The Bridges at Preston Crossings is located.
