The housing market receive some of the best news this week it's seen in months!

· New Home sales rose 5% last month
· Existing home sales had a better-than-expected gain in February
· The construction of new homes saw its first increase since June
· Homebuilders stocks are surging
· Mortgage rates are below 5%
· Texas had 3 of the only 4 housing markets that saw an increase in value in January
