Timeshare for land is a great idea. Right now people are getting taken to the bank when they try to sell their timeshares. Even on ebay most people are finding listing for a dollar and offering to pay transfer fees still isn't netting very many responses. Giving owners a way out that makes sense is very uncommon in this industry. Kudos to you Bluegreen! I think we may just have to write an article about this! Fantastic article.
