Operation FINALLY HOME and Bluegreen Communities to Surprise Veteran Family at Armed Forces Bowl

A wounded war veteran and his family will get a special holiday surprise at this year’s Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl at SMU on Thursday, December 30. They will learn that they have been selected to receive land and a custom-built home through Operation FINALLY HOME. The mortgage-free home will be located at The Bridges at Preston Crossings community in Gunter, Texas, just outside of Dallas.

A sure-to-be emotional celebration will take place following the game at 4:30 p.m. at The Bridges at Preston Crossings, where the family will see their future homesite for the first time.
