We would recommend The Bridges to others; we think this is a great opportunity to live in a beautiful location with great amenities. It looks like the center of the real estate universe is going to be at 380 and the Tollway here in the next 5 years. There’s a lot of shopping and restaurants planned for that area.

Myrtle & Roger Tharp, Property Owners Upon my first visit to The Bridges in July 2007, I found the staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were looking for a golf course community where we would be able to bring our own builder and design our own home. The staff provided me with all the information I needed and gave me a detailed tour. Later in the fall, my wife and I returned to the community and with their help we found a great homesite that offered beautiful views of the #8 green.
The fairways are in extremely nice shape, the greens are wonderful and very fast, and the undulation blew me away! I feel like I’m on a PGA golf course.
